The world, redefined from a bee's perspective
I love things that fly. Whether it be an airplane, helicopter, or a drone, I love them all. They all contain carefully designed, intricate parts that show what engineering and science is capable of. And they're really fun to play with as well.

Recently, I've been given a NewBeeDrone VRDrone kit from my Aerospace Engineering class. It's a DIY kit that needs to be assembled, which took about 30 minutes. The steps are pretty straightforward and gives a good insight towards how a drone works. I've been flying this thing in my classroom and at home, and I've had so much fun with them.
I crashed a lot, but it really doesn't want to break until you really mean to break it.

I broke the frame for the first time after it got caught up in the wind outside and fell a great distance. I was able to get a new frame for free with the warranty.

One time it dipped in the pool water, but it still worked fine somehow.
